SONS OF CONFEDERATE VETERANS 
N. B Forrest Camp #3  Chattanooga, Tennessee

On March 16, 2018, Members of the N. B. Forrest Camp #3 had the pleasure and honor of visiting the Tennessee State Museum and Tennessee Military Museum in Nashville.  This was the first of many planned excursions that we are planning on making during this and future years.

We spent a good deal of time viewing some of the Civil War Battle Flags they have and a wonderful presentation of the ongoing conservation efforts.  We were afforded the privilege of a behind the scenes visit with the Civil War battle flags (as well as ongoing conservation efforts and preparations for moving into the new museum location in Oct 2018).

In addition, we enjoyed the Tennessee Military Museum, a walking tour of the State Capitol Grounds, and the Tennessee History Museum.
